We are situated at Plot No.1261, right at the Datma More intersection. This part of Mandu, near Kuju, is where we spend our time working with plants and soil. It’s a bit of a trek from the main town, but it works for what we do. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our records and some samples. We get a lot of dust from the road because of the trucks passing by to the mines and factories. The weather here changes quite a bit, so we have to watch the seasons closely. We talk to farmers a lot. They come by with questions about their crops or looking for advice on what to plant next. It’s mostly about understanding how things grow in this specific dirt. We aren’t a big corporation with fancy labs; it’s more about hands-on work in the fields and testing what works best for the local environment. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. That’s life in this part of the district. We’ve been at this plot for a few years, and people in the surrounding villages know where to find us. It’s a slow process, watching things grow and making sure the biology side of things is handled right. We just do our bit to keep the agriculture side of Mandu moving along as best as we can. We are just regular people trying to make the most of the land here.
