Icfai Academy

Our office is out on Plot No. 111 in Hazaribagh. If you know Jharkhand, you know it can be a bit quiet compared to the big cities, but we stay pretty busy here. The academy is a simple place where we handle a lot of the administrative side of education. We have people coming in from the nearby areas asking about courses or looking for their certificates. The building is straightforward, nothing too modern, just a practical space with desks and some benches for visitors. The weather here in Hazaribagh changes quite a bit, and on rainy days, the sound on the roof is so loud we have to raise our voices. We spend a lot of our time sorting through files and making sure the records are right. It’s not the kind of job where things change every minute, but there’s always something to do. We usually take our lunch together and talk about local things happening in the town. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out while we drink some tea. It’s a small team, and we’ve all worked together for a good while now. We don't go for big fancy descriptions of what we do. We just help students with their paperwork and make sure the academy runs as it should. It’s honest work, and the people here are friendly enough. We like the quiet of this plot away from the main road.
