Basix

Basix is located on Rajgarhia Road right in Jhumari Telaiya. If you know the Jharkhand area, you know this town has its own rhythm. We have been here for a bit now, working out of this office. It is on a fairly busy road, so there is always something going on outside. We are not part of some giant chain with thousands of offices; we are just here in Jhumari Telaiya doing our thing. The building is a bit older, but it works for what we need. Inside, it is mostly just files, some computers, and a few chairs for when people visit. We do not spend money on fancy decorations because it does not really help the work get done. Most days are pretty routine. We open up in the morning, deal with whatever is on the agenda, and go home. We like being part of the local community here. You get to know the other shop owners and the people who walk by every day. It is a practical way to live and work. We do not make big promises or use complicated words to describe what we do. It is just Basix. If you are looking for us on Rajgarhia Road, we are pretty easy to spot. The walk from the main crossing isn't too long. We try to be helpful and stay grounded.
