Our place is located right near Hurhuru Patratu Chowk, along the Ranchi Patna Road in Hazaribagh. If you know where the Konar Pul is, we are just a short distance from there. It’s a spot where a lot of traffic passes by because of the main road. Most of the time it’s quite dusty outside with all the trucks and buses going toward Ranchi or Patna. We’ve been at this Jharkhand location for a bit. The shop isn't very big, but it’s enough for us to do our jobs. We have a desk and some chairs and plenty of forms stacked up. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait for it to come back on. It’s a normal office routine. We see a lot of people from the nearby villages and travelers who stop by because they saw the Airtel name. The weather changes a lot here, sometimes it’s pouring rain and the road gets messy. We spend the day answering phones and helping whoever walks in. It’s not very exciting stuff. We just try to keep things moving. The address is 825301 if you’re looking at the mail. Being near the bridge means we get a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a week. It is just a regular local office where we handle our daily tasks and talk to the regulars. We don't have any big plans, we just work here every day and see what happens with the traffic outside.
