Site Engineer

I work as a site engineer in the town of Karwar, which is a nice coastal place in Karnataka. My location is near the Small Masjid on Pathan Road, in the Nandangaddha area. The pin code here is 581304. Being near the masjid makes it easy for people to find where I’m based. Karwar is a bit slower than the big cities, but there is still plenty of work for a site engineer. I spend a lot of time out in the sun, checking on projects and making sure the levels are right. The humidity from the sea can be tough on the equipment, so I have to keep an eye on everything. I don’t have a fancy office setup. It is just me working from my spot on Pathan Road and heading out to the sites in Nandangaddha and nearby areas. I’ve been in this part of Karnataka for a while now. Most of the local contractors know who I am. I don’t bother with big advertisements or corporate slogans. I just focus on the concrete, the wood, and the steel. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather stays clear and we can get a lot done. If it rains, we just have to wait it out. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. I just try to be useful and get the buildings up properly.
