Bytesong Private Limited

Bytesong Private Limited is located right near Basdeo School in Sadabad. We are basically operating out of a space cared for by Chandrvati Devi. It is a very local, neighborhood vibe here. You can hear the kids playing during recess, which is actually a nice change from the usual office silence. We started this because we liked working with technology and wanted to see if we could make a go of it on our own. It is not a big operation. We have a few desks, some decent internet, and plenty of power strips. The walls are painted a simple white, and we have a few calendars hanging up to keep track of deadlines. We do not have any fancy software for managing projects; we mostly just use a notebook or talk to each other across the room. It is a very direct way of working. If something is broken, we fix it. If a client has a question, we answer it. There is no red tape or complicated layers of management. It is just us. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at code. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but mostly we try to get home for dinner. It is a modest way to run a business, but it works for us. We are happy being right here in Sadabad, doing what we know how to do.
