We operate United Kites Hotels Private Limited from Plot No. 373C. We are located in the Hassan Industrial Growthcentre, right on Holenarasipura Road. It’s an area that’s seen a lot of growth lately, with more buildings popping up every year. Our spot is pretty basic, just a functional space where we manage our hotel interests. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We are more concerned with making sure the daily operations are running smoothly. The staff here is used to the industrial setting, and we quite like the straightforward nature of the neighborhood. There isn't any fluff in how we do things. We take our responsibilities seriously, but we talk like normal people, not like robots. Working in 573201 means we are connected to the local trade, and we see a lot of different people coming and going. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets blocked, but we just deal with it and move on. We don’t have any big, world-changing goals. We just want to run our business well and treat people fairly. It’s a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and managing schedules, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we’re happy to keep our operations right here on Holenarasipura Road. It is a busy road, but it is our home for now.
