We are based at Plot No. 14 in Sector 3 of the IIE (Sidcul) area. Being in an industrial estate like Sidcul means we are surrounded by other factories and large manufacturing units. The roads are wide here, but they are often full of trucks and employee buses during the shift changes. Our building is a standard industrial plot with a big gate and a small guard shack at the entrance. Inside, the floor space is divided between the production area and a small section for the office staff. The roof is made of corrugated sheets, so it gets incredibly loud when it rains, which happens quite a bit in this part of the country. We have a lot of heavy machinery on the floor, and the hum of the motors is the background noise for everything we do. Sector 3 is one of the more established parts of the estate, so the infrastructure is decent, though the streetlights don't always work at night. We have a small canteen area where the workers sit for their lunch breaks. It’s a very functional place, designed for efficiency rather than looks. The walls are painted a simple white, though they are getting a bit yellowed with age. We just focus on our daily production schedules and making sure everything is loaded onto the trucks properly at the end of the day.
