Sultan Ajmeri Chicken Center

Sultan Ajmeri Chicken Center is located on Rampur Road in the Mahigiran area of Roorkee. We’ve been serving the local neighborhood for quite some time now. It’s a busy street and there’s always something going on outside with the traffic and the shops. We aren't a big chain or a fancy restaurant. It’s just a local chicken center where we work hard every day. The work starts early in the morning when we get our supplies. We get everything ready before the lunch rush hits. Most of our customers are folks from the nearby houses or people passing through Roorkee. We don’t use any complicated recipes or expensive equipment. It’s just traditional cooking the way we learned it years ago. The shop is small and can get pretty warm with the stoves going, but we don’t mind the heat. We talk to the regulars who have been coming to us for years and know their names. They know what to expect when they walk in. We don't have a glossy menu or a waiter in a suit. You come in, you see what we have, and you order. It’s straightforward. Sometimes the traffic on Rampur Road makes it hard for people to park, but they still find their way to us. We’re just a part of the local community here in Mahigiran. We do our job, we go home, and we do it again the next day. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be here in this spot.
