Our workshop is at Shop No. 2 in the Shivam Complex, right in Phase 3. It’s quite close to Shakti Bhog Foods, which is an easy landmark if you’re trying to find us in Salempur. We handle a lot of the mechanical and industrial stuff that local businesses need to keep running. It’s usually pretty greasy work and the floor is rarely spotless, but that’s just how an industrial service shop looks when there is actual work getting done. We have a few guys here who know their way around machines. People bring in parts that stopped working or call us when a machine on their floor is acting up. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk into the shop and talk to whoever isn't under a piece of equipment at that moment. We spend most of our time dealing with tools, spare parts, and manuals. It can be loud sometimes, and we definitely don't wear suits. Salempur is a practical place, and we fit right in. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and most of the neighbors know us. We just try to get the jobs done so the clients can get back to their own work without too much delay. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do every day. Sometimes we stay late when a job is stubborn, but that's just part of the trade.
