You can find Mahalaxmi Pneumatic at Plot No B-12 in the New Shopping Complex. This is over in Shivalik Nagar, which is a fairly active area. Our shop isn't the biggest one in the complex, but we pack a lot of stuff into the space we have. We mostly deal with pneumatic components, so the shelves are lined with all sorts of small parts, fittings, and gauges. It can get a little confusing if you don't know where everything is, but we have our own system for finding things. The shopping complex gets quite busy in the evenings, so we usually try to get our heavy stocking done in the morning when it’s quieter. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts for their factory machines or small workshops. We aren't sales people; we just know what the parts do and which ones fit together. The air in the shop usually smells a bit like rubber and metal. We have a small desk where we handle the bills, but most of our time is spent standing up and moving around the shop. Shivalik Nagar has been a good place for us to set up, and we've gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex pretty well. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their pneumatic gear. It's a steady routine that suits us just fine without any unnecessary fuss or fancy talk.
