Robus India

Our place is at Plot 21 and 22 in Sector 2Iie, Ranipur. It’s a fairly large space because the machinery we deal with takes up a lot of room. Robus India is mostly about equipment for the packaging industry. We have these big folders and gluers that take up most of the floor. It’s quite a sight when they are all running at once. We spend a lot of time showing customers how to operate the machines and helping them troubleshoot when they run into issues. The staff here is a mix of technicians and sales folks, but everyone knows the mechanical side of things. Ranipur is a bit of a trek for some, but once people see the equipment in person, they understand why we are out here. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We prefer to just turn the machine on and let it do the talking. There’s always a lot of activity, with crates being loaded onto trucks and new components arriving. We’ve been building our reputation slowly by just being consistent. It’s not about being the loudest in the market, but about being the one people call when they need their production line to actually work. We keep a lot of spare parts on hand because we know how much a delay can cost a business. It's just practical. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just handle the orders as they come.
