If you’re ever walking through the Rishikul Vidhya Peeth Market on the Main Haridwar Road, you might see us at E-18-19. That’s where Passi Icecream is located. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the people traveling along the main road. We spend a lot of our time making sure the freezers are working right because that’s pretty important for what we do. It’s a small shop, and sometimes it gets a little cramped when we’re moving supplies around. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just a few of us here. We keep it straightforward. Some people stop by because they’re passing through town, and others are regulars from the nearby market area. We’ve had to fix the machines more times than I can count, but that’s just how it is with equipment. It’s not always a perfect job, but it’s what we do. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just have a shop on a busy road and we try to keep things running. The hours can be long, but being in a place like this keeps things interesting. You see all sorts of people on the Haridwar Road. We just keep the doors open and do our bit every day. It’s a lot of work but someone has to do it, and it keeps us busy through the seasons.
