Nitco Ltd.

Out here in Village Thaska, near Manglour Town in the Haridwar district, things move at a slightly different pace than in the big cities. We are located right at the post office area of Manglour, and being Nitco Ltd. in this part of Uttarakhand means we are very connected to the local landscape. It’s a rural setting, which actually makes the logistics quite interesting. We have a lot of space out here, which is necessary for what we do. Our days start early, often before the sun is fully up, to beat the heat and get the trucks moving. The office is a simple building, nothing special to look at, but it’s where all the magic happens in terms of planning and coordination. We have a small group of staff who mostly live nearby, so it feels a bit like a community project sometimes. We don't have fancy coffee machines or glass partitions. It’s mostly just open space, heavy-duty desks, and the sound of the nearby town going about its day. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get a bit rough after a big storm, but we just deal with it and keep going. We've been here for a while and the local people know us as a steady fixture in Thaska. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business, and that’s exactly how we prefer it to be.
