Icici Pru

Down here in Haridwar, specifically at H 14 Phase 3 in Shivlok, we have our little Icici Pru setup. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which is nice when you’re trying to read through insurance policies and all those long terms. We get a lot of local families coming by from around Phase 3 because they prefer talking face to face rather than doing everything on a phone. The UA pin code 249403 covers quite a bit of ground, so we see people from all over the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty plain, just some files and a computer. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and then the afternoons are usually for meetings or people just walking in with their documents. Haridwar has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. We don’t rush anyone. If a form takes an hour to explain, then it takes an hour. It’s mostly about making sure the life insurance side of things is clear so nobody feels confused later on. We’ve been here for a bit, and we know most of the shops and people around Shivlok. It feels more like a community spot than a big company office. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s just part of how things are here in this part of town. We keep it simple and honest.
