We are located at H-212 in Shivalik Nagar. It’s over by the BHEL area in Ranipur. Emjay Food And Spices has been operating from here for a while now. It’s a busy part of town. We handle a mix of different food items and various spices. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have some space for processing and some for storage. It’s not a huge warehouse but we make it work. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood. We get to work early and stay until the job is done. The heat can be a bit much in the summer but we keep going. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the food. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have too many orders at once. But we figure it out. It's just a regular local business trying to do things the right way. We spend time checking our stock and making sure nothing goes to waste. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting sacks and moving boxes. We are proud of having our own spot here in Shivalik Nagar. People know where to find us if they need anything. We don't make big promises. We just provide what we have and try to be fair about it. Every day is a little different and that keeps it interesting for all of us. There is always a lot to be done here.
