The rooms are a bit small, but we manage just fine. We spend our days dealing with various tasks, from answering emails to organizing our schedules. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we like the energy. Roorkee is a nice place to be based, as it has everything we need within a short distance. We don't really have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just talk to each other plainly and get on with the job. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the sun is out to take a break from the screens. We are just a group of people working together in a house, trying to make things work. It is not a complicated business model, and we don't try to pretend it is. We just keep our heads down and do the work daily.
