Diksha Rishing Stars

Diksha Rishing Stars is in a busy part of Haridwar, specifically on Pac-Idgah Road near the Trimurti Mandir. It’s right in Subhash Nagar, which is a crowded residential area in the Jwalapur section of the city. The school is a bit hard to find if you don't know the local landmarks, but the temple is a big help for directions. We have small children here mostly. The building is decorated with some colorful paintings on the outside walls to make it look friendly for the little ones. It’s a relatively small place, so it feels quite cramped when all the parents arrive at the same time to pick up their kids in the afternoon. We have a few rooms used for different age groups. The noise level is always pretty high because small kids like to run around and shout. We have a small area inside where they can play with toys and blocks. The street outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and sometimes cows, so we keep the front gate shut tight during the day. The teachers spend a lot of time helping the children with their basic writing, counting, and drawing. It’s a local neighborhood school and most of the families live within walking distance. We don't have a big fancy office or a computer lab. It’s just a place for kids to start their schooling. The monsoon season makes the road outside quite muddy, which is always a mess for everyone.
