Ganga Brick Field

The brick field is out in Villagepost Balamau, in the Tehsil Sandila area. It's a quiet spot most of the time, though things get busy when the trucks are coming in and out. We've been here for a while now, just working the land and making the bricks as they're needed. It's dusty work, especially in the dry months, but that's just how it goes with this kind of job. People from around the village know where we are. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy at Ganga Brick Field, just the chimneys and the stacks of red clay bricks waiting to be moved. Living and working around Sandila means you get used to the rhythm of the seasons. When it rains, things slow down a bit because the mud gets thick, but otherwise, we’re out there most days. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our regulars who come by for their building projects, and we just keep the kiln going. Sometimes the heat from the furnace is a lot, but you get used to it after a few years. It's not a complicated life. We wake up, check the batches, and see what needs doing next. The location in Balamau is good for us because there’s enough space to spread everything out. It’s just us, the soil, and the work that needs to get done every day until the sun goes down. Nothing more to it than that, really.
