Cavilsoft It Technologies Private Limited is situated in Hardoi, right behind Nahar Colony in Asha Nagar. We’re at house number 139. It’s a bit different being an IT company in a place like Hardoi compared to the big cities like Noida or Delhi, but we actually like it here. It’s where most of us are from. The office is part of the local neighborhood, so we see our neighbors walking by every day. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby or a receptionist sitting at a big marble desk. Usually, whoever is closest to the door is the one who opens it. We spend our days working on software and various IT problems. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. Sometimes we get stuck on a single problem for hours, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have any grand slogans or fancy missions. We’re just a group of people who are pretty good with computers and decided to start a business in our own hometown. The pace here in Hardoi is a bit slower than in the big metros, which suits us just fine. We work hard, but we also take time to have a chat and a cup of tea. It feels more like a small community than a cold office. We’ve been at this address for a while.
