Shree Sai Ram Traders

We are Shree Sai Ram Traders, located in Ward No-24 in the Jawahar Ganj Mandi area. Our place is right off Merath Road. Being in a Mandi means things start very early here. Most days we are up and working before the sun even shows itself. It’s a frantic environment with farmers, traders, and laborers all moving around at once. There’s a lot of shouting and haggling over prices, which is just part of the daily routine. Our space is basically a big open room where we store whatever we are trading at the time. The floor is often covered in bits of straw or dust from the grain bags. We have a small wooden desk in the corner where we keep our books and a calculator. It’s not a very clean or polished place, but it’s where business happens. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just buy and sell and try to make enough to keep going. The Merath Road traffic is always loud, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of heavy engines and brakes. Sometimes we sit on the steps and have tea while watching the crowds go by. It’s a tough life in the Mandi, but it is what we know. We’ve been here in Ward 24 for years and don’t plan on moving anywhere else. It’s just honest work for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We are just a small part of this Dist.
