Oraqosoft IT Solutions is based in Hapur. Specifically, we are at Himanshu Rana’s place in Bankhanda. It’s more of a home-office setup than a corporate building. Hapur is a quiet place and Bankhanda is even quieter. We like it because there aren't many distractions while we work. We spend our time working on software and IT stuff. The room we use has a few big windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice in the winter. In the summer, we have to keep the curtains closed because it gets too hot inside. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a break room. We just go to the kitchen and make some tea whenever we feel like it. Our team is very small, just a few people who live nearby. We’ve known each other for a long time, so work feels more like just hanging out and getting things done. We don't have a dress code. Most days I just wear a t-shirt and slippers. It’s a very relaxed way to run a business. We don't have big signs or advertisements. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth in the local area. We aren't looking to become a huge company overnight. We just want to keep doing our work and living our lives here in Hapur without too much stress or drama.
