Our building is a simple one. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have some scuffs and the floor is worn down in the spots where we walk the most. We handle chemical distribution, so our days are filled with checking inventory and loading up small trucks. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff members. It's just a small team of us who know the business. We keep our records in big folders and on an old computer that takes its time to start up. Kishan Ganj is a practical place to be. We get our lunch from the local shops and sometimes talk to the hospital staff when they are on break. There isn't anything fancy about how we run things. We just make sure our customers get what they ordered. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down.
