Lacking Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is based in Ward No. 11, right at the main chowk in Ninan village. We operate from Ramswroop’s place. Since this is a VPO like Ninan in Tehsil Bhadra, everyone knows exactly where the main square is. We are a farmer producer company, which sounds official, but we are really just a bunch of locals trying to handle our farming business as a team. The office is very basic, just a room with some benches and a sturdy table for our books. There is a lot of talking that goes on here, mostly about the soil, the rain, or the cost of seeds. We don’t have any corporate rules or fancy protocols. If someone needs to speak with us, they just walk in off the street. The chowk is always busy with people, cattle, and motorcycles, so there is constant noise. We handle everything from getting seeds to selling what we eventually grow. It’s hard work and the sun gets very hot in this part of Rajasthan, but we’ve all lived here our whole lives. We don't use much technology; a lot of our work is still done with a pen and a notebook. It’s a simple life in Ninan and we are just trying to help each other out. Our name might be a bit different, but we are just local folks in Bhadra doing what we know best. There’s no polish here, just honest daily work.
