Bijarniya Farmers Producer Company Limited

We operate out of Ward Number 18 in Rawatsar. The company is set up at the home of Manfool Ram’s son. We are just local farmers who decided to pool our resources together. Rawatsar is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we don't need a big sign or a fancy building. We just meet up at the house and talk about the business. Being a producer company means we can buy fertilizer and seeds in larger amounts, which helps everyone save a bit of money. It’s not always easy to coordinate with so many different people, but we try our best. We have our meetings in the courtyard, usually with some tea. We talk about the weather and the market rates in the nearby towns. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes because none of us are experts at it. We just figure it out as we go. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to make sure the farmers in our ward and the surrounding area get a fair shake. It’s hard work, and some years are better than others depending on the rain. We focus on what we know, which is the land and the crops. It's a simple life, and we are just trying to make it a little bit more stable for all of us involved here in Rawatsar. We’ve all been neighbors for years, so there’s a lot of trust, even if we argue about the best time to plant. It’s just how life is for us here.
