Karani Spices Private Limited is located over in Warangal. We set up our operations at H.No 2/21 in the Pragathi Industrial Estate. It is a busy spot on Narsampet Road in the Gorrekunta area. We spend most of our time dealing with various spices. The smell of the warehouse is quite strong most days. It is not a fancy place with carpets or big glass windows. We have a practical workspace where we do the grinding and the packing. The Janpak neighborhood is mostly industrial, so we fit right in with the other businesses. We started this because we knew the local market well. Every morning, the staff arrives and we start the machines. There is a lot of dust involved in this kind of work, but we are used to it by now. We handle the local distribution ourselves mostly. It is a straightforward business without any complicated corporate layers. We just focus on getting the spices ready and sent out to the shops that need them. Warangal is a good location for us because of the transport links. We keep our records in a small office at the front of the building. It gets a bit hectic during the peak seasons when everyone wants their orders at once. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on Narsampet Road. It is just us working hard every day to keep the business going.
