Flint Software Systems Private Limited is situated at 22-8-125 in Doctors Colony, Warganal, Warangal. It’s a nice area to work in because it's not as loud as the city center. We’ve got a small team here that handles all sorts of software tasks. Most of us are local to Telangana and we wanted to stay close to home instead of moving to the big cities for work. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee. We aren't really into the whole 'tech startup' lifestyle with bean bags and ping pong tables. We just sit in our chairs and work on the projects that come in. Some days the power cuts out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just how it is here. We do a lot of data work and systems building for various people. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't spend much time on advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our everyday clothes just trying to get through a difficult piece of programming. It’s a good environment for focusing. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now and we plan on staying for the long haul. There is always someone around if a client needs to drop off some paperwork or just talk about a job. We like the quiet afternoons here.
