Alliance Formulation Ltd. Baddi (Johnson & Johnson)

We are located in Village Gujreda, which is under the P.O. Kangoo area in the Nadaun tehsil of Hamirpur district. Being in Himachal Pradesh, the surroundings are quite different from the typical industrial hubs. It is a bit of a journey to get out here, but we are used to the winding roads. Our facility is a functional one, focused on the work we do for Alliance Formulation Ltd. Baddi. We have a connection with Johnson & Johnson too, and we have been in this spot for a while. Our physical spot is here in Gujreda. The office and production areas are kept simple. We do not have any fancy landscaping or marble lobbies. It is all about the utility of the space. You can see the hills in the distance, which is a nice view when you take a minute to look out the window. The team here is mostly made up of people from the nearby villages and towns. We have a steady rhythm to our days. It starts early and we keep going until the work is finished. There is a sense of quietness here that you do not get in the city, even with the machinery running. We just focus on the daily requirements and make sure everything is handled correctly. It is a plain, hardworking environment in a beautiful part of the country. We do not need much more than our workspace, some good tools, and a hot cup of tea.
