Ravindra Devdhar

Ravindra Devdhar’s office is located in the Sarafa Bazar area, specifically in Bawri Ka Bada. This part of Gwalior is famous for its jewelry shops, but we are tucked away in a more quiet corner of the 474001 district. The office is simple, just like the way we work. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy suite. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. The building is old, and you can feel the history when you walk through the doors. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in from the market. It’s a very grounded way to work. There are no corporate slogans here. We just sit at our desks and get through the tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we close up early if things are quiet. The air in Sarafa Bazar always feels busy, but inside our space, we try to keep a steady pace. We use old ledgers alongside the computers because we trust them more. It’s a mix of the old and the new. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just an honest place to work in a very old and beautiful part of the city. We have been here for years and we know the street like the back of our hands.
