Om Defence Academy

We are over at 7 Sai Tower in Padav. If you know Gwalior, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s right in the Laxmi Bai Colony area. Most days start pretty early because of the nature of what we do. People come in looking to get into the defence services, so there is a lot of energy. The building itself is just a regular office setup, nothing fancy. We have some benches and boards. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week. Students usually hang out near the entrance before the batches start. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Sometimes the lift in the tower acts up, so we just take the stairs. It keeps everyone fit, I guess. The rooms are filled with books and old notes. We spend most of our time just going through papers and helping kids understand the physical requirements too. It’s not a corporate office where everything is shiny. There’s dust on the ledges and the tea man comes by twice a day. We just focus on the work. People find us because of the location mostly. It’s easy to reach from the station side. We keep things simple here. No big posters or loud music, just the sound of someone explaining a math problem or talking about drills. That is how it usually goes from morning till the sun sets.
