Our branch is at Sarla Farm, over by Gola Ka Mandir in Gwalior. It is a well-known area, so most people do not have much trouble finding us. M P 474005 is the zip code if you are looking at a map. We have been here at Kotak Mahindra Bank for a while. The vibe here is pretty laid back compared to the big cities, but we still stay busy. A lot of folks come in from the nearby houses and the farm area. We talk about the weather and the local news as much as we talk about interest rates. It is a practical place. We do not have any polished marble floors or anything like that. It is just a functional office where we do our work. People come in to deposit their earnings or to get a little help with their digital banking on their phones. We try to explain things in plain English so everyone understands what is happening with their money. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait a bit for the screens to load. That is just part of living and working here. We do not make big promises. We just try to be helpful and get the numbers right for everyone. It is a good community around Gola Ka Mandir and we are glad to be the ones handling the banking for the people around here.
