Avon Technologies is tucked away inside Moti Bhawan over in Patankar Bazaar. If you know Lashkar in Gwalior, you know how crowded those streets get with everyone shopping and the rickshaws buzzing around. We are basically working out of Mr. ND Gupta’s place. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the gear and wires lying around the desk. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly fixing things or helping people figure out their systems. It is not some high-tech lab with white walls. It is just a room with a few computers and tools. People from the bazaar pop in all the time because they know where we are. Usually, we are busy on a laptop or trying to get a connection working right. The fans are always running because it gets so stuffy in the afternoon. We take things as they come. One day it might be a software issue, the next day we are looking at hardware. Gwalior is a good place to be, even if the traffic in the market makes it hard to get parts delivered on time. We’ve been here at this address for a while now. Most people just recognize the building. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. Nothing fancy, just trying to keep the machines running for whoever needs help in the neighborhood. We just do our work and go home.
