Kansana Agrilogistic Private Limited is located over at 105 Sainik Colony in DD Nagar, Gwalior. We have been working out of this spot for a while, and it serves us well for all the logistics work we do. Being in Madhya Pradesh, we are right in the middle of a lot of agricultural movement. The office is basically a few rooms filled with maps, schedules, and various bits of paperwork that keep the trucks moving. It is a bit of a busy place, with drivers coming in and out to get their instructions or just to take a quick break. We do not have any fancy furniture or expensive decorations. We just have what we need to keep the logistics running smoothly. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic, but that is the nature of the transport business. We know all our drivers by name and we have been working with many of the same people for years. It is a very grounded kind of workplace. We do not use any big corporate language here. If a shipment is late, we just tell it like it is. People in Gwalior appreciate that kind of honesty. The building itself is just a regular part of the colony, so it fits right in with the houses around it. We are just a local team trying to make sure everything gets where it needs to go without too much trouble.
