Innovade Interior

We are based in the Chauhan Building on Sachin Tendulkar Road in the Govindpuri area of Gwalior. If you know where Ram Vatika is, you’ll find us easily. Our office is where we do most of the planning for interior projects. It’s usually covered in drawings, material swatches, and measuring tapes. We spend a good chunk of our time visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. It’s often dusty and noisy at those locations, which is quite different from the quiet of our office. We have to coordinate with different workers to make sure the wood is cut right or the paint is the right shade. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, like a delivery being late or a wall being uneven, so we have to adjust on the fly. We’ve been working in Gwalior for some time now and have seen many different types of homes. It is interesting to see how people want to use their space. We aren't a big corporation, just a team that enjoys the process of putting a room together. Our desks are rarely clean because there is always a new project being sketched out. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get through our list of things to do each day. It’s a decent living and keeps us on our toes, especially when deadlines are coming up fast.
