Antrik Interior Designer

Our place is in the Sanjay Complex at Gopal Bhavan, right in the Jayendraganj part of Lashkar City. Gwalior is a busy place, and being in the center of Lashkar means there is always something going on outside our door. We work on interior designs, which means a lot of our day is spent looking at floor plans and picking out materials. It’s not all sitting at a desk, though. We spend many hours at various sites across the city, checking on how things are being built. Dealing with contractors and laborers is a big part of what we do. It can be stressful when things aren't moving fast enough, but that’s the nature of construction. We keep our samples and catalogs in the office so people can come by and see what’s available. The office itself is practical, with enough space to spread out big blueprints. We don't have a big marketing team; most of our work comes from people recommending us to their friends. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late to finish a drawing. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned that every project has its own set of challenges. We just take them as they come and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with tile samples and wood scraps, but that is just part of the job we do.
