Happy Journey Tour Travel is located right by Salasar Mall in the City Center area. We are near by Salasar Mall, near by Salasar Mall, so it’s easy to find us even if you aren't familiar with the neighborhood. It's a handy spot because people often drop in while they are out shopping or running errands. We spend our days looking at maps and booking seats on buses and trains. Sometimes we help people with flight tickets too. The office isn't very big, but it stays busy. We have a couple of desks and a lot of folders piled up with travel documents. Planning trips for families is what keeps us going. Most people come in not knowing exactly where they want to go, just that they need a break from work. We talk about budgets and dates. It gets quite loud in here when the phones start ringing all at once. We’ve been near the mall for a bit now, so the local crowd knows us. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or cancellations, which is the stressful part of the job. But usually, it’s about getting someone to their destination without too much trouble. We don't have any fancy brochures with touched-up photos. We just tell people what the hotels are actually like and how long the bus ride will take. It's a simple travel shop. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the booking systems to load. If you are near the mall, you can just walk in.
