Career Vista

We are located on the 3rd floor of the Centre Point Complex in Phool Bagh. Gwalior 474002 is a lively area. Being in a complex means there are always people coming and going. The stairs are quite a climb. Our office is a straightforward space. We have some desks, some computers, and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s not one of those polished corporate offices you see in movies. It feels more like a lived-in workshop. The windows look out over the Phool Bagh area. We’ve been here for several years now. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where people walk the most. We don't have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas. If someone comes early, they just grab a stool and wait. It’s a very relaxed environment. We spend our time helping people figure out their next steps. There’s a lot of talking and planning going on throughout the day. By the time evening rolls around, the complex starts to quiet down. We finish up our last bits of work then. It’s a practical place for practical people. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else. It is a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s just Gwalior for you. The lift works on some days and not on others. It is just a normal work day for us.
