As Group

As Group is based over in Dhin Dayal Nagar, which is part of the Birla Nagar area. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we handle. Most of our neighbors are residential houses or small shops, so it feels like a very local community. We have a few rooms where we manage the different parts of the group's activities. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating with people who are out in the field. The furniture is a bit older, and we have a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. In Dhin Dayal Nagar, things move at a bit of a slower pace than the city center, which we don't mind. We usually start the day by checking the messages left from the evening before. Birla Nagar has its own vibe, and being here makes it easy to stay connected with the local market. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. It is just a place where we come to get the job done. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall around the corner while we discuss the plans for the week. It’s a practical setup and we’ve been operating this way for quite a while now. We just focus on our tasks and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible without making things complicated.
