Adarsh Dairy

Most people around here just call us the Baraiwale dairy. We are located at Nimbal Kar Ki Goth No. 2, right on Kampoo Road in the Naya Bazar area. It’s a place that’s always buzzing with activity. Adarsh Dairy has been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. We sell milk and other dairy products to the families who live around here. Our day starts long before most people are even awake. We have to get everything ready for the morning rush. It’s a simple shop, nothing too fancy or modern. We have our regulars who come by every single morning with their own containers. We’ve known some of these people since they were kids. That’s the nice thing about being in a place like Naya Bazar. You really get to know the community. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded out front with all the bikes and people, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We aren't interested in opening a chain of stores or anything like that. We just want to keep providing good milk to our neighbors. It’s a lot of work cleaning up and making sure everything is fresh, but we’re used to it. We just take it one day at a time, serving one customer after another until the milk is all gone.
