Down in Dal Bazar, there is a small lane called Tejendra Nath Ki Gali. That is where we are, right in the heart of Keladevi Market. Bajaj Food Ltd has been part of this market scene for years. If you have ever been to Dal Bazar, you know how it feels. It is crowded, smells like spices and grain, and there is always someone shouting or a cart moving through the narrow space. Our place is not big, but it fits what we need. We spend our mornings checking the stocks and talking to the traders who come by. It is a very traditional way of doing business, face to face, with a lot of tea and conversation. We don't use much technology beyond what is necessary. The walls in the office have seen a lot of history. There is no air conditioning that really works well in the heat, so we just keep the fans going.
