We are based out of Hno.401 in the A4 block of Games Village here in Lalmati. It is more of a residential setting than a big glass office building which makes it a bit more relaxed for us. The stairs can be a bit of a climb when the lift is acting up but we are used to it by now. We have our desks set up in the main room and the balcony gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding apartments and the trees. Being in Lalmati means we are somewhat away from the loudest parts of the city though there is always some construction noise nearby. We spend most of the day on the phone or working on the computer handling different development projects and communication tasks. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and equipment we have lying around but it works for what we do. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by you just knock on the door of the flat. It is a practical way to run things without spending too much on fancy overhead. Most of the people working here live close by so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We just drink a lot of tea and try to get through the paperwork before the day ends. It is a straightforward operation and we like the quiet atmosphere of the Games Village area.
