We are based in Maligoan, operating under the name Shyam Infotech. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, nothing too flashy. Most days involve us sitting at our benches, looking at motherboards or trying to recover data for someone who’s having a bad day. Maligoan is a good community, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. People around here know they can just drop in with their laptops or desktops. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working through the pile of repairs. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have a lot of hardware coming in, but we manage. We don’t try to sell you things you don't need. If a computer is too old to fix, we’ll just tell you that straight up instead of taking your money. It’s about being honest with the people who live and work around us. We’ve had some long nights here when a client needed a server back up by morning, but that’s part of the trade. We like the technical side of things and the satisfaction of seeing a machine spark back to life. If you're in Maligoan and your tech is acting up, you know where to find us.
