You can find Eastland Consortium Pvt. Ltd. up on the second floor of the Dilip Commercial building. We are right on MN Road in Pan Bazar. If you know where the LIC building is, then you pretty much know where we are because it’s right there. Pan Bazar is always crowded, especially during the day, so getting into the office can be a bit of a shuffle through the crowds. The building itself has that older commercial feel to it. It’s not some modern skyscraper, but it works for what we do. We’ve been operating from this second-floor space for some time now. There’s a lot of activity in this part of town, which we kind of like. Being a consortium means we handle a variety of things, and having a central spot like this helps. The office isn't overly decorated. It's mostly just folders, computers, and desks where people sit and handle the daily paperwork. We don't really do the whole flashy corporate thing. We just come in, do the work, and head home. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if you aren't used to them, but we don't mind. It's a practical setup for us. Pan Bazar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a small part of that over the years. We just keep things moving from our corner of the Dilip Commercial building. It's nothing special, just a place for work and getting things done.
