Shree Siddhivinayak Infotech

You have to walk up to the 3rd floor to find us. We are right on Kamakhya Temple Road, which stays pretty busy because of the bus stop nearby. Shree Siddhivinayak Infotech has been operating out of this space for some time now. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s quieter up here away from the street noise. We spend our days working on computers, fixing software issues, and helping people who can't get their devices to behave. It’s mostly technical work, but we try to talk like normal people instead of using a bunch of jargon that nobody understands. We see a lot of students and office workers coming in from the bus stop. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of cooling fans and keyboards clicking. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. Someone tells a friend we fixed their laptop, and then that friend shows up a week later. It’s a steady way to work and we appreciate the loyalty. We just stay here and do the repairs and the installs. Sometimes we run out of chai, which is the only real emergency we have in a typical week. We keep things simple and try to be honest about how long a job will actually take. The stairs are a bit steep but the view of the road is okay.
