You can find us inside Ganesh Market, which is part of the whole Fancy Bazar area. We are tucked away at C/O. Durga Trading Co. on T R Phookan Road. Most people just call us Sarada. If you know Fancy Bazar, you know it’s a maze of shops and people. Our spot is small, but we pack a lot into it. It’s usually quite crowded with stacks of goods and people negotiating prices. We don’t have air conditioning or anything like that, just a couple of fans that hum all day. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the stock is moving. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding us because the market is so dense, but we always manage. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go. We just keep doing what we do. It’s not a quiet place, and your ears might ring by the end of the day, but we like the bustle. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us trying to keep the shelves full and the customers happy enough to come back next week. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We just rely on being here every day when the shutters go up. If we are busy, you might have to wait a minute for us to find your order. That is just part of the market experience.
