Protein Food

Our place is at 32 Lamb Road in Ambari. We have been here for a good while now. We deal with protein food items. It is mostly a warehouse kind of setup where we move a lot of stuff around throughout the day. The building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it does the job for us. We don't really have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. We just have a few fans going to keep the air moving while we work. It gets pretty dusty with all the traffic on Lamb Road. We spend our days checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It is a lot of physical work, lifting bags and crates. We don't have many people working here, just a small crew. We all know each other well. Sometimes we eat lunch together on the crates when we are too busy to go out. The neighborhood is okay, though a bit noisy during the day. We don't get many walk-in customers because we mostly ship things out to other businesses. If someone does stop by, they usually just want directions to somewhere else. We try to be helpful when we can. The paperwork is the worst part of it, so we leave that for the end of the day when things finally quiet down. It’s a basic operation. We just focus on keeping the stock moving and making sure nothing gets spoiled.
