Pradeep Singh

I've been here at Sukanta Sarani for quite some time now. This place, number 75, is where everything happens for me. Bhadrakali is a decent neighborhood, not too loud but never really quiet either. People around here know me just by my name, Pradeep Singh. I started this because I needed a way to stay busy and provide for the family. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a simple setup where I can get my work done. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we fix it and move on. The street outside gets busy during the morning hours with people heading to work. I usually open up early and stay until the sun goes down. Most of the folks who stop by are regulars from the district. We talk about the weather or how the local roads are being dug up again. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of papers. I don't use a lot of technology, mostly just a notebook and a pen for most things. It keeps things clear for me. My neighbors are good people, and we help each other out if someone needs a hand moving something heavy. It's just a normal life here in Bhadrakali. Nothing too special, but it’s mine. I try to be fair with everyone who walks through that door at Sukanta Sarani. That’s about all there is to tell.
