Muskan Photo House

We've been here in Kharuabandha for a while now. Most folks in Dhubri know where we sit. It’s just a small place called Muskan Photo House. We handle the camera stuff and printing. Some days are busy with passport photos and others we just sit and talk to neighbors who drop by. My desk is usually a bit messy with frames and paper. We don't have a big fancy office, just the shop on the corner. People come in when they need a memory caught or a document copied. I try to keep the lights on and the printer running. It’s a simple living. Sometimes the machine acts up, but we get it sorted. If you are walking through Kharuabandha, you’ll see the sign out front. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the work. The floor needs a sweep usually, but the photos come out okay. Dhubri is a quiet enough place and we like being part of it. I’ve lived here my whole life. The shop is small but it fits what we need. We use the same old equipment mostly. It works fine for what we do. Neighbors come by even if they don't need anything. That's just how it is here. We stay open until late evening usually. The street outside gets a bit dark at night but we keep our little bulb burning. It’s just a local spot for local needs. Nothing more than that really. We just keep going day by day.
