Writing Painter/Painter

You can find us over at Vijay Massey’s place, which is known as Church House on Circular Road. It’s right across from the Kanod Gate in Rewari, Haryana. This part of town is usually quite lively, especially being so close to the gate. We do painting and writing work, mostly signs and things people need for their shops or homes. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. The workshop is always smelling like fresh paint and turpentine. We have brushes of all sizes scattered around and cans of color lined up on the shelves. It’s not a perfectly clean place, but that is how a painter’s space usually looks. People stop by all the time to ask about prices or to see how their orders are coming along. We don't have a fancy website or a big office staff. It is just us doing the physical work ourselves. Sometimes we are out on a job site painting a wall or a large sign, so the shop might be quiet for a few hours. Rewari is a good place to be, and being near the Church House makes it easy for people to describe where we are. We've been doing this for years, and our hands are usually stained with whatever color we were using that morning. We just take one job at a time and try to finish it properly before moving to the next one. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
