W.R.Grace & Comapany India Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of Plot No.-90 in Sector-8, over in the IMT Manesar area. It’s a big industrial hub, so there are factories and warehouses all around us in every direction. W.R.Grace & Comapany India Pvt. Ltd. fits right into the mix here. The building we’re in is pretty functional—mostly just concrete and steel, designed specifically for the kind of industrial work we do. Manesar can be a bit of a trek for some people to get to, but for a company like ours, it’s exactly where we need to be. The days usually start quite early here. We have trucks coming in and out at odd hours, and the office stays busy with all the logistics and paperwork. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy visit; it’s a working facility through and through. We’ve got a mix of office staff and folks who spend more time in the storage and shipping areas. Sometimes the air in Sector-8 gets a bit dusty with all the construction and movement of heavy vehicles, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don’t really go in for a lot of corporate talk or big meetings. Most of us just want to get through our tasks and make sure every order is shipping out on time. The space is used for storing materials and managing the daily paperwork that comes with it. It’s a lot of lists and checking off boxes. We just stay organized in the middle of it.
